The Fitness Center in the Sage Recreation Center has a wide variety of equipment and services to help acquire your fitness goals. If you need help getting started or want advice on how to create a fitness program to meet your needs, Chuck Eier, Fitness & Wellness Director is on-site and always ready to be of service.

* Water Volleyball is held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:00 - 5:00 PM

Equipment Orientation: FREE 60-minute orientation group session on an effective and safe exercise program with demonstrations. Every Thursday at 3:00 PM in the Fitness Center.
Fitness Assessment: A complete Fitness Assessment with a personal exercise program and one lesson. .....$40
Personal Training: One-on-one Personal Training sessions.... $35/Hour (1 Session);
3 Sessions=$100; 6 Sessions=$190; 10 Sessions=$300
Blood Pressure Screenings: Free Blood Pressure Screenings First Friday at 2 pm and Third Monday at 9 am. Blood Pressure Testing is offered twice per month in the Fitness Center. No appointments are necessary.
Natalie Dixon: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Evenings available upon request
Susan Casaccio: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
60-Minute Massage = $60; 90-Minute Massage = $90

- 12 Elliptical Trainers (6 with arm exercise and 6 without)
- 18 Treadmills
- 10 Stationary Cycles
(all include individual televisions)
- 2 NuStep Total Body Ergometers
- 2 different complete sets of weight equipment. Both with
machines to work all major muscle groups.
- Dumbbells ranging from 1 to 100 pounds.
- 3 Free Bar Weight Racks and a Smith Machine Lifting Rack
