Cyber CaféNews – I am excited to announce that Cyber Café will be getting a fresh new look soon.
CelebrationHall Flooring –Starting next week, the existing flooring in Celebration Hall will be replaced. We anticipate Celebration Hall to be closed from Monday, July 30th thru Friday, August 3rd. All activities have been canceled or relocated that were scheduled for this room. Please contact Janet Turner if you have any questions about activities that were scheduled in this room. This new flooring will allow this room to become more multipurpose in nature to accommodate club activities, seminars, social events and group fitness classes.
New AC Unit Fitness Center – As some of you may be aware, recently we had an AC Unit go down in our fitness center. We have ordered a new unit that we anticipate to be installed this week. I do appreciate everyone’s patience while this system is on order.
NeighborhoodRepresentative Meeting- Two weeks ago the neighborhood representatives met with our Board ofDirectors to discuss common concerns from their neighborhoods. Please click here if you would like to view the meeting minutes. If you are not sure who your neighborhood representative is, please visit our community website here.
RV Parking - Per our governing documents – Short term RV parking on the streets is allowed for a cumulative period not to exceed72 hours in any calendar month.
