Community Standards Director: I wanted to let you know that our current Community Standards Director Karey Belanger will be retiring on June 15th. I know many of you have met and worked with Karey the past three years and know what a special, hardworking and dedicated team member Karey has been for our community. We will miss Karey but wish her all the best on her retirement. This past Monday our new Community Standards Director, Melissa Kean, started her training alongside Karey. Melissa has past experience as a Community Manager at a retirement community in Michigan and a strong customer service background. I am confident you will all enjoy working with Melissa. If you have any architectural design review or compliance questions, please email both Karey – email@example.com Melissa – firstname.lastname@example.org June 15th.

Last I want to congratulate all of the high school and college graduates in your families on their exciting accomplishment. On a personal note I will be attending my daughter’s High School Graduation next Thursday. Yes I am one proud mom and excited to see all of her hard work and dedication pay off. Then we are off to Disneyland to celebrate!
