Festival Ranch - Cox Agreement
The Festival Ranch Community has a bulk service agreement in place with Cox Communications to provide basic service to each of our residents at a substantial savings over the regular price of this service. The current “street” price for Cox Basic Limited service is $21.95, but through the Community Association, you pay $14.27, a savings of more than $7.50 each month. This payment is made in the form of a cable assessment on your quarterly community association assessment invoice. The Community Association, in turn, pays this amount directly to Cox.
As of our most recent communications with our Cox representative, On Demand service is not currently slated to be available in our area until sometime in 2011. High Definition programming, along with a variety of entertainment and sports tiers, as well as high speed Internet access and telephone service is available as desired through a Cox customer service representative. Cox is releasing HD channels at different times throughout the Valley. For more information on release dates and additional service plans, please contact Cox Customer Service at (602) 277-1000.
